Prices are per day and per rental unit and include the following:
- Final cleaning, Internet, electricity, water, heat
- Bath towels, bidet and hand towels as well as linen

- Free transportation to the Klausberg and Speikboden skiing regions
- Free 'Skidepot' directly at the Klausberg skiing region
- Stay longer than 10 days - 5% discount, stay longer than 20 days - 10% discount
- Peak season prices apply for stays shorter than 4 days
- 50% discount for children from 2 - 3 years of age
- Children up to 2 years of age stay free of charge.
A local ski and snowboard rental discount is available for stays longer than 6 days.
For allergy sufferers:
All our rental units were designed according to allergenic guidelines in order to guarantee a relaxing holiday.
Important notice:
For hygienic reasons and for the protection of guests who suffer from allergies, we do not accommodate pets in our new rental apartments. We apologize for any inconveniency.
Our smoking guests:
Smoking is not permitted in the units as well as the lounge. We ask you to use the balcony.
Cancellation policy:
- Up to 3 months before the date of arrival, your reservations may be cancelled free of charge.
- 3 months to 4 weeks before the date of arrival, the guest is liable for 30% of the agreed total price. Cancellations during the last four weeks before the date of arrival, the guest is liable for 70% of the agreed total price.
